Payment

All prices featured on are in Australian dollars. They are not inclusive of shipping costs.

For those purchasing with a foreign currency the amount billed to your credit card or debited from your bank account may differ slightly to the price shown at the checkout due to the currency conversion and any bank fees you may incur. Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer you are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

I currently only accept online payment via PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with credit card using PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia...
Items will be sent via Australia Post Standard or Express.
$10 for Standard, $14 for Express.
Please check the Australia Post website for expected delivery times to your area.

International shipping...
Items will be posted via Australia Post International Standard Mail.
Standard Post is $25. Tracking available.
Please check the Australia Post website, or at checkout, for prices and expected delivery times to your area.
For Express post, please contact me for options prior to purchase. You will be notified by email with your invoice and expected delivery time.Please note- International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please keep in mind that postal and customs delays can significantly alter estimated delivery times.

Rengin Guner Jewellery has no control over postal and customs services and cannot be held responsible for delays or for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

Please choose carefully as I will offer a refund only in the case that the item is faulty. However, I am more than happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase providing that the item must be in its original condition in its original packaging. If the item is not in its original condition, we cannot offer an exchange. The buyer is responsible for any shipping or handling fees of the returned item. Please ensure that any item being returned is carefully packaged in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

While I take great care to check that items are in perfect condition before shipping, very occasionally there may be a fault I didn't find. If an item is faulty, I will meet my legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact with details and a photo of the damaged piece. In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, I, Rengin Guner will not be held liable. As such I recommend packing the items carefully and sending them via registered and insured mail.

If you request a refund on a faulty item, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

There are no exchanges for special orders, custom pieces or sale items.
